Information you provide directly: When you submit our consultation request form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, business name, service interest, message, and preferred contact time.
Payment information: When you make a payment, your card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe. NetSculpt never sees or stores your full card number.
Usage and analytics data: We collect standard web analytics data including pages visited, time on site, referring URLs, and general geographic location (city/region level). This data is aggregated and not linked to your identity.
Marketing attribution: If you arrive via a tracked link (e.g., a Google or social ad), we record UTM parameters (source, medium, campaign) alongside your inquiry to understand which marketing efforts are working.
Cookies: We use cookies to remember your cookie consent preference and to support analytics. See Section 5 for details.
We do not send unsolicited marketing emails. We will only contact you about your inquiry and, if you become a client, about your active services.
Inquiry and client data is stored in a secured PostgreSQL database hosted on Neon (neon.tech), a cloud database provider. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized NetSculpt personnel only.
We retain inquiry data for up to 3 years. Client billing and project records are retained for 7 years to comply with standard accounting requirements. You may request deletion of non-billing data at any time (see Section 6).
